[Resolved] Why my Paypal payment met error and returned a message of "shipping address is incorrect""contact the merchant"

I've been trying to order a item and ive tried twice pay by Paypal. both times i recieve a message that said i needed to contact the merchant, and both times it said that the order was canceled. yet i still recieved an order confirmation email. Did my order go through?

Solution:
This problem is because of Paypal cannot notify your shipping address. For US client, please types in the abbreviation for the state instead of the full name (Ex: OR instead of Oregon).
