Motif A: Lolita/Kodona in Fairyland (such as Alice in Wonderland, Red Riding Hood for Lolita, or Peter Pan Elf Ouji, any fairytale character inspired Lolita/Kodona look, the outfit can for lady or man or unisex, please chose only one of them to design);
Motif B: Vampire Aristocrat (Man or unisex outfit only).

Motif A:
Easy moving/wearing Lolita/Gothic Items (one item only, with detailed points how it's comfy, easy wearing, please design the item gorgeous in aesthetics and simple in function);
Motif B:
Pattern on fabrics: Elegant Gothic Style (small or large, no size limit of the pattern, and it can be used in Elegant Gothic style items).

Winner’s prize:
A.Winner would receive the actual product of her/his design; or
B.Winner would get Fanplusfriend online shop credit of US$150.
*A. and B. is alternative, the winner can choose one of them freely. Fanplusfriend have a right to issue credit (Prize choice B) to winner, if the winning design is unrealistic and hard to turn into actual product.

All competitor benefit:
A.All competitors would receive a Fanplusfriend VIP E-card (coupon in our online shops).
B.If competitor’s design is turn into production, his/her name would be put on this product page and photo;
C.If competitor’s design turn into production and the design have not won the prize, he/she would still receive the actual product of her/his design.

Competitor’s obligation:
The competitor needs to ensure he/she is the original author of the design submitted into contest. By submitting the design, the competitor agrees to authorize Fanplusfriend make and sell product based on his/her design.
During each contest, one person can only submit 1 design into each motif (so in each contest, a person can submit 2 designs at most).

Who and how decide the winner?
All visitors on our forum can be the decision-maker, the highest polling ticket design owner is the final Winner. Same IP's vote can only be accounted once.

Quantity limit of competition: 100.
If the submitted designs meet this quantity before the collection period deadline, the submission would be ended in advance.

Quantity of winner: 2. Under each motif, there is 1 winner, total winner quantity of each contest is 2.

just wondering about that, since the majority of the submissions are either female or unisex in design. it kind of disappoints me, being a guy and loving EGA style, I was hoping to see some original and cool outfits. instead, i see misguided lolitas and stuff i'd expect to see at a funeral.

For the same reason that most of the purchases were made by female buyers. There are many more unisex or items for women than there are for male on the site itself. Most of the voters are females, or their friends that they are having vote for them.

Also many of the designs were made by girls and one of the prizes includes having that outfit made for yourself. If I was a guy, I would enter a male outfit to be made for myself.

I also think more male clothing should be available in the lolita/aristocrat fashion.

Maybe they'll hold a contest some other time specifically for male/unisex clothing?
I think that'd be a great idea for a contest motif.

well, it's the principal of gender differentiation in fashion. Aristocrat in female fashion is a very small minority. i mean, what if somebody designed a guy's outfit for punk lolita? it's an oxymoron. female aristocrat, male lolita, the thought alone makes me LMAO. seriously. i think that if there were separate contests for male and unisex designs this confusion could be avoided. i'd draw a design myself, but i'm more of a collaborator/muse than designer. (T_T)

It would be so nice to have more men's clothing. My boyfriend has been looking at the site, but nothing really jumped out at him. I know a lot of guys who would love to dress the aristocrat style, but just can't because there aren't many items on the market for it ><! (and it's really expensive @_@!)

i will gladly do a design for you in the next motif if you want, just PM me as to what your all after and il try and combine the ideas to make an awsome one for boys, will probebly be classed in the Gothic prince look, not all the items in that range are for girls ^^
and if i win that design i dont mind if I cannot wear it, il have it made to fit my bf =P hahaha.
hes look so cute in an outfit like that!, better than baggy jeans and baggy shirt with band logo's. (il turn him into a Kodona lolita fufufufufu or visual kei look works too =P)
