Requesting re-seeds for Anime Bittorrent

Hi! I've looked through the FAQ and other postings to see if this was answered and didn't see anything. Is there a specific policy or process for requesting re-seeds? The Devil May Cry Episode 01-02 torrent has no seeds. Is there any way to get this one up and running again?
